Biography
Richard Kuen Loo (October 1, 1903 – November 20, 1983) was an American actor. He was one of the most familiar Asian American character actors during the Golden Age of Hollywood, appearing in numerous films of the 1930s through the 1950s. Though of Chinese ancestry, he often portrayed villainous Imperial Japanese military officers during the Second World War. Later in his career, he was active mainly on television.
